1 Definitions & Introduction

The following words and terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" or "Site" refers to the 77kb website and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any person who has created an account on 77kb or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to each individual user profile registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit, free credit, or cashback offered by 77kb.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on the 77kb platform and use its services, a user must meet the following conditions:

2.2 Registration Process

Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled, and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. No representative of the 77kb platform will ever ask a user for their password.

• Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
• 77kb is not responsible for any loss arising from the use of an account by a third party.
• 77kb reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on 77kb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (by any method).
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own name.
• Depositing from a payment method registered in a third party's name is prohibited.
• 77kb reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour.
• If account verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• A withdrawal request cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77kb offers newly registered players a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• 77kb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The deposit amount will be used first before the bonus becomes active.

6 Fair Use Policy

77kb is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for every player. Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate games.
• Exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or defraud.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts using false identities or information.
• Attempting to intrude on or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.

If any player violates any of the above rules, 77kb reserves the right to suspend the account, cancel all bonuses, and forfeit the balance where necessary.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Operation

7.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an interruption to a game or makes the result uncertain, 77kb reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the staked amount. Any bets placed on the basis of clearly incorrect odds or payout information will be considered void.

77kb may immediately cancel any account for the following reasons:

If an account is cancelled due to a breach of the Terms, any bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

77kb provides its services on an "as is" basis. 77kb will have no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems.
• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Unforeseen force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account (where the user has been negligent).

77kb shall be liable up to a maximum amount equal to the user's account balance at the time of direct loss.

12 Changes to Terms

77kb reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be given reasonable advance notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• The date of any change will always be clearly stated at the top of the page.
• The option to close your account will always remain available if you do not agree to the new terms.
• A notification may be sent to your registered email address for significant changes.
